Q: How much is postage? Do you ship internationally?

A: We are happy to post items abroad - please contact us for a quote, as all postage prices listed on the website are for the UK only.

Postage & packaging for greetings cards and prints is free. Greetings cards are sent via ordinary post, with prints being sent via recorded post.

Calendars have a postage & packaging charge (£2.50 for one calendar, £3.50 for two calendars, £5 for three, and £6.50 for four or more calendars) and they are sent via ordinary post.

Postage for jewellery is £2.50.

Total shipping costs for buying combinations of items are calculated at checkout.

Q: How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A: Most items will arrive within 7 days.

Limited edition prints are available as a limited print run of just 95 prints and are printed on demand by my supplier. As such I usually keep only one or two in stock at a time, and as soon as one is sold, an order for a replacement is made. In very rare cases, it can take up to three weeks for prints to reach you.

If you'd like an idea of lead time or would like to place an order for an item that is showing as sold out, please do get in touch.

Q: Why are your prints sold unframed?

A: Everyone has different taste and decor in their home - I like plain oak frames, but you may not! The prints are sold mounted, ready to frame, and will fit a standard size frame (16"x12") of your choosing. If you'd like to purchase a framed picture, please get in touch and we can discuss your requirements, as I do have a local framer who stocks a wide variety of frames to suit most tastes. Framed pictures can be delivered, but will come with an acrylic glaze rather than glass, for safety purposes and to ensure that transportation does not cause any damage. The acrylic is of high quality and indistinguishable from glass when hanging on the wall. Postage and packaging would be charged for delivery of framed items - please get in touch for details.

Q: I really like one of your photographs but I can't see it available as a print - can I request a print?

A: Of course! I take so many photographs that if I printed them all I'd have no room for storing anything else in the house! Please do get in touch if there is a particular image that you'd like to buy as a fine art print. Unfortunately I can't offer custom printed greetings cards as there is a minimum order of 50 from the printers. So I choose the images that I think will be most popular. But if you want 50 cards of a particular image, then that's fine - just let me know!
